sseludingo@yahoo.com fscu.wetpaint.com My team
Street children and former street kids are my life and because we are being despised a lot in the society we want to change the negative mentality by showing an example that once given a chance we can be instruments of purpose. My team includes former street children and experienced people who have the spirit and heart of making the future of children better like my friends……………..
Why am I interested in former street children?
Being a former street Kid I feel I have a strong attachment with all former street children and children who are still on the street, and when they are despised, and abused due to their nasty past experience I get affected as well. Former Street children in Uganda are seen as despicable lot in the community; people believe they are wicked; they can’t do any thing instrumental for the community. Working together with these kids I believe it can change the negative attitude in the community and give confidence to all the kids in the process of transformation that irrespective of their past they can do productive and achieve greater things in life. we have our talents and gifts like dancing , playing instruments, and acting among others.
